✨ TA Spotlight of the Week ✨ This week, we are so excited to celebrate our amazing Teacher Assistant, Jaimee Prado! 💛 Jaimee brings such a bright, loving, and joyful presence to Coastline Christian Schools each and every day. As a devoted mother, wife, daughter, and servant of God, she pours so much love and care into our students and school community. Whether she’s encouraging students, lending a helping hand, or simply sharing her warm smile, Jaimee shines the love of Christ in all she does. Update from yesterday: Day 6: 1) door to door flyer passing and praying for individuals 2) cleaning up home base 3) kindness scavenger hunt - doing a scavenger hunt on the streets with challenges like “pray for a stranger”, “make a kid laugh”, song a worship song at a pier, etc. 4) dinner at Oscar’s Mexican Seafood 5) Coronado beach at night
Keep praying for our team as they wrap up their time in Oceanside. And pray that this week has lasting impacts on the people of Oceanside and on each team member. 💙 MS Missions Team update: Day 5 highlights: 1) In the morning, our team packed snacks and water for 800 homeless. 2) Then in the afternoon (and into the evening) , we helped O’side Church with their booth at Sunset Market. We gave out prizes for a spinning wheel, offered to pray for people, and promoted the church.
MS missions team update from Pastor Toby: Day 5 (Wednesday) summary: 1) We served with Humanity Showers to clean up trash in neighborhoods and provide haircut and showers to the homeless. They’re goal is to help homeless feel seen and clean. 2) Grocery outreach - provide local community with free groceries. 3) Veterans dinner - put on a fried chicken dinner for military veterans and have conversations with them. 4) movie night - we watched “Macfarland, USA” to talk about themes of teamwork, understanding race and culture, and the importance of community.

MS Missions Update from Ps Toby: Day 4 activities included: 1) packing hygiene kits with handwritten notes 2) going out to the streets to pray with anyone and passing out hygiene kits, blankets, and flyers 3) going door to door to promote O’side Church and their grocery outreach 4) group picture at the Oceanside pier 5) Taco Tuesday dinner 6) joint youth group meeting with Generation Church
MS Missions Team Update from Ps Toby … yesterday was our first full day of service where we 1) received evangelism training from pastor Kevin and his wife Andria 2) took a walking tour of downtown Oceanside and did a prayer talk, 3) they sent us out onto the streets to do a program called “make a lunch, take a lunch” where we split up into teams and had lunch with a homeless person 4) free time at the beach 5) we helped O’side church do a “BBQ at the Park” by inviting the community to join us around an evening of food, conversations, play, and worship. #coastlinechristian #shorttermmissions #oceanside
